With hectic production and pre-production schedules, we make sure to remain flexible. We can handle full-day, half-day, weekend or evening casting.  For out of town talent, we assist you in providing the ability to accept video submissions, once again widening the prospective pool and bringing more options to your process.

We use a variety of methods in our on camera casting that allow you to sit through the entire casting session or have us run the session for you based on your time and budget. With a highly developed process, we assist you in hand picking the top choices for each role, and we provide you with a separate session to review video footage of these selections. Callbacks are available for all roles, as needed. We have equipment on hand to tape these sessions and the capability to upload sessions to an internet resource that allows other members of the production team to be involved in the process.

If you are filming in the Dallas metroplex area, we access a large talent pool with close proximity to Austin, Shreveport & Oklahoma. This gives us the chance to audition a wide range of actors for each role. We always ensure that you see the right people for your project. We have extensive experience working closely with AD departments and do our best to accommodate the requirements of the director, while staying within budgetary considerations. We have no problem connecting with LA or NY casting directors when the project calls for a larger scale.

We are happy to come to you no matter where you are filming. Our remote auditions can be hosted anywhere with or without our presence, depending on the needs of your budget. We do recommend that for larger projects that require a sizeable talent pool, we need ample time on location to bring you the best talent options available.

Some projects require a different touch when it comes to the casting process.  With a more realistic than stylized setting, sometimes the best talent is a ‘real person’. With Reality TV becoming so popular and prevalent, we have started taking on various Reality TV projects to get outside the box of the standardized casting setting. There are various options when it comes to reality casting, but the more time we have, the more options you have to select from.

We have experience hitting the streets to find you the best talent to make a connection with your audience and your characters.  We will travel across the Region including Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas & Oklahoma, other places by request. We have a mini HD camera and can upload interviews to a private website for your perusal. You tell us what you are seeking, and we will go find it!

We locate talent to be on set daily (or as needed) for principal stand-ins.

Principal Casting

• Are they on time to set?
• Are they flexible with schedules?
• Are they personable, and easy to get along with on set?
• Do they come to set prepared, and take direction well?

• Were they on time to audition & call back?
• Were they prepared?
• Were they professional?
• Were they conscious of the time restrictions or were they chatty-cathy?
• Do they look good on camera, and perform well in front of an audience?
• Did they make a connection to the character that caused me to feel an emotion of some sort?

Extras Casting

For Extras our goal is to provide reliable talent who will bring the realism and life to your project. From 1 to 100,000 extras, we work tirelessly to exceed your expectations. Because we enforce integrity within our talent pool, we have a very low no-show rate. We believe a key quality for every actor to possess must be dependability, and we will not allow anyone to work with us who does not display this quality.

Whether it's a sporting event, classroom, business office, courtroom, church, bar, park, town center, or shopping mall, we will locate the appropriate looks and types to create the ambience necessary for each particular scene. We provide professional extras, consisting of mostly "Actors-In-Training" who are resume building, and passionate about their Acting career.

Our extras return to set time and time again, because we treat them with respect, and allow them numerous opportunities to advance on their journey of becoming a professional actor.

We make all booking arrangements, including time, location, and wardrobe specifications. We work closely with the AD department in scheduling and wrangling of the extras. We also consult with the wardrobe department to make sure all extras bring proper costumes as needed. We provide at least 1 casting assistant for on-site check in for each day requiring more than 20 extras.  We will collect extra pay vouchers, verify tax forms, and (at your discretion) pay out cash end of day. If you are paying extras by check, we will turn in all paperwork to the office within 24 hours so payment can be processed promptly.
