Character Breakdown:
NATIONWIDE CASTING:
-Santiago Leon - Male, 40s-60s, spanish/ethnically ambiguous, needed 1 day only. GQ Cover model meets eccentric billionaire. Mad-scientist vibes. Perfect mix of suave and sinister. He’s a visionary, a predator, and a man who knows he’s the smartest person in the room.
Smooth-talking, ambitious billionaire with an undeniable magnetism that can charm a room or chill it to silence. He’s sharp, calculating, and always ten steps ahead, with a vision for unlocking the mysteries of the magical world to achieve immortality and ultimate power. To him, humanity is limited, and he’s the only one bold enough to rewrite the rules.
Picture of sophistication—tailored suits, an air of refinement, and a calm, confident demeanor. But beneath that polished exterior lies a ruthless drive, willing to manipulate, betray, and destroy anyone or anything that stands in his way. Leon doesn’t see himself as a villain; in his mind, he’s the only one brave enough to pursue what others fear.
-Agency Director Judith Bramble -Female, 50+, White/ethnically ambiguous.
No-nonsense, razor-sharp leader of the Agency of Things Unseen (ATU). She’s a powerhouse of authority and experience, effortlessly commanding respect with her calm, composed demeanor. Every word she speaks has weight, and every decision she makes feels deliberate and precise.
Beneath her stern exterior, there’s a warmth and care she reserves for those who prove themselves trustworthy. She’s not quick to show it, but she believes in her team and is fiercely protective of them.
Her appearance reflects her personality—sharp and tailored, with an air of precision that matches her attention to detail. She’s not flashy, but she’s impossible to ignore. Whether it’s navigating magical crises or wrangling the agency’s loose cannons, Judith is the glue that holds the ATU together.
AISHA JAMES -Female, 45-55, black.
Terry’s wife and partner in the Agency of Things Unseen (ATU), a woman with a calm strength and quiet determination that perfectly balances Terry’s more direct approach. Aisha carries herself with grace, intelligence, and an unshakable loyalty to those she loves. She’s the type of person who can defuse tension in a room with a single, knowing smile but also hold her own in the face of danger.
OBI -Male, 45-55, Italian/ethnically ambiguous, 1 day only
Obi is an eccentric and unpredictable mob boss with a taste for the unconventional. A scene-stealer, the kind of villain who fascinates as much as he terrifies. His zen-like vibe contrasts sharply with his criminal actions. Mysteriously ageless. Draped in bohemian robes and always sipping on a green smoothie, Obi is a paradoxical mix of zen aesthetics and ruthless pragmatism. His hideout, filled with crystal wind chimes, oil diffusers, and new-age décor, feels more like a wellness retreat than a gangster's lair—but don’t let the lavender scent fool you. Obi is calculating, cold, and willing to go to extremes to get what he wants.
THE OPERATOR - Female, 45-55, open ethnicity, Southern charm
The Operator is the heart and soul of the ATU’s Mission Control—a charming, Southern woman who keeps the entire operation running like clockwork. She is the calm in the chaos, effortlessly juggling mission logistics with a warm smile and a disarming sense of humor. Her sweet-as-pie demeanor and folksy charm make her instantly likable, but don’t let that fool you—she’s sharp as a tack and always three steps ahead.
